Refund Policy Overview
Refund terms vary by service type:
1. Small Services Refunds
Includes: AI questions, tutor questions, viewing answers, file downloads
You ARE Eligible for Full Refund When:
- Your question wasn't answered within 24 hours
- The answer doesn't match the question asked
- Technical error prevented service delivery
- Duplicate question due to system glitch
You Are NOT Eligible for Refund When:
- Answer was successfully provided and read
- Question was unclear or missing information
- More than 24 hours passed since service
- You requested a different answer for same question
How to Request a Refund:
- Open the relevant question or service
- Click "Request Refund"
- Select the refund reason
- Your request will be reviewed within 24 hours
2. Large Services Refunds
Includes: Projects, research, complex assignments, tutor delegation
Refund Schedule by Execution Stage:

| After acceptance - before start | 90% | 10% admin fee deducted |
| During execution (0-25%) | 75% | Work completed deducted |
| During execution (25-50%) | 50% | Work completed deducted |
| During execution (50-75%) | 25% | Work completed deducted |
| After delivery | 0% | Free revisions available |
Special Cases:
- Tutor Delay: If delivery is delayed more than 24 hours past deadline, you can get 100% refund or wait with 20% discount
- Unacceptable Quality: If quality doesn't match specifications, you can request free revisions (up to 3 times) or partial refund
- Tutor Cancellation: 100% refund + 10% bonus credit in wallet
3. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions:
- Can be cancelled anytime
- Pro-rated refund for remaining days (if requested within first 7 days)
- After 7 days: no refund, but subscription continues until period ends
Annual Subscriptions:
- Full refund within first 14 days (if less than 10% of points used)
- Pro-rated refund for remaining months (after deducting used months at monthly price)
- Minimum for refund: 3 months remaining
4. Books & Courses Refunds
E-Books
- Full refund within 7 days
- Condition: Book not opened or downloaded
- If opened: No refund
Training Courses
- Full refund within 7 days
- Condition: Less than 20% content watched
- Partial refund (50%) if 20-40% watched
- No refund after watching 40%
5. Wallet Balance Refunds
- Balance added via direct payment (unused) can be refunded
- Promotional or earned balance cannot be refunded as cash
- Minimum refund amount: 50 SAR
- Refund fee: 5% of amount (minimum 5 SAR)
6. How You'll Receive Your Refund
Original Card
Amount returns to the same card used for payment
Duration: 5-14 business days
Wallet Credit
Added instantly to your wallet for future use
Duration: Instant
Bank Transfer
For large amounts (over 1000 SAR)
Duration: 3-5 business days
7. Steps to Request a Refund
Step 1: Submit Request
Go to "My Orders" > Select Order > "Request Refund"
Step 2: Select Reason
Choose refund reason from available options
Step 3: Review
Your request will be reviewed within 24-48 hours
Step 4: Notification
You'll receive notification of refund decision
Step 5: Receipt
Amount transferred via chosen method
8. Dispute Resolution
If your refund request is rejected and you don't accept the decision:
- File Appeal: You can appeal within 7 days of decision
- Second Review: A specialized team will review the case
- Escalation: If unresolved, can be escalated to senior management
- Final Decision: Issued within 14 business days
9. Important Exceptions
Refunds Are NOT Accepted In These Cases:
- Repeated abuse of refund policy
- Fraud attempts or providing false information
- Using service completely then requesting refund
- Violation of terms of service
- Promotional offers marked as "non-refundable"
