Subscribers can request a refund within the first two hours and upgrade within the first day. There is no cooldown between upgrades, and any remaining balance transfers in full when moving to a higher plan.
What is the maximum file upload size for courses?
The maximum upload size for course files is set to 60 MB. The limit is visible and editable in the admin panel, and upload forms use it to block files that exceed the allowed size.
CoursesHow long do I keep access to a course after purchase?
Access depends on the validity period stored with the course (a number of days, weeks, months, or years). When the publisher provides a duration your account receives an expiry date; if they leave it blank, the course stays available to you indefinitely.

How is course progress calculated?
Progress is calculated by comparing how many lessons you have watched at least once with the total lessons inside the course. Each new lesson you finish increases your percentage automatically.
When do course earnings become available for withdrawal?
Course earnings remain frozen for the waiting period defined by the platform (30 days by default). Once that window and any pending reviews finish, the amount moves automatically from the frozen balance into your wallet and becomes available for withdrawal.
How are platform fees and the trainer’s net earnings calculated when prices or discounts change?
The platform first determines the final selling price after any discounts or coupons, then applies the trainer fee percentage configured in the settings. The resulting net amount is shown in the trainer’s earnings reports so they always see their exact take-home pay.
BooksHow long does e-book access remain active?
E-book access follows the same policy as courses. The publisher may set a number of days, weeks, months, or years. When a duration is provided you see an expiry date in your library; if it is left blank, your copy remains available indefinitely.

Yes. The platform checks for books that are about to expire and sends you a reminder roughly a week in advance, then notifies you again on the expiry date as long as your copy is still active.
What happens to a user's book record after ‎expires_at‎?
The system keeps both the purchase date and the expiry date for every copy. Once the deadline passes you can no longer open the book unless support reactivates it, and staff can also suspend access manually when required.
