How Do Commissions Work?
When someone you referred purchases any product from Mujtahid Ufuq platform, you receive a percentage of the purchase value as commission. The commission is calculated automatically and added to your wallet after a short freeze period.

How is Commission Calculated?
Two types of calculation methods
Percentage Commission
You get a percentage of the purchase value
Example:
Calculation: 500 × 10% = 50 SAR
Fixed Commission
You get a fixed amount regardless of price
Example:
Note: Amount is always fixed
Rule Priority
If a specific product has a custom commission rule, it takes priority over the general rule. For example: If the general book rule is 10%, but a specific book has a 15% rule, you'll get 15% for that book.

Commission FAQs
What happens if customer refunds the product?
If customer refunds before freeze period ends, commission is cancelled. If already paid, it's deducted from your balance.
Can commission rates decrease?
Commission rules are set by platform management. May change for new products, but already recorded commissions are not affected.
Is there a maximum limit on commissions?
No maximum limit. The more successful referrals you have, the more you earn with no limits.
When can I withdraw my earnings?
Once freeze period ends and commission is added to your wallet, you can withdraw anytime per platform withdrawal policy.
