Delegated Messaging
As an intermediary on Mujtahid Ofoq, you can communicate with clients in various ways. This guide explains how delegated messaging works, how you control your appearance to clients, and how everyone's privacy is maintained.
How Do You Appear to Clients?
The task owner (tutor) sets how you'll appear to clients when creating the delegation. There are four modes:
Send as Owner
Most CommonYour messages appear to clients as if they're from the original tutor. The client doesn't know you exist.
Real Name
Full TransparencyYou appear to the client with your real name. Everyone knows each other's identity.
Using an Alias
ProfessionalYou appear to the client with an alternative name chosen by the owner, like "Project Assistant".
Completely Hidden
Maximum PrivacyYou don't appear in the participants list. Your messages appear from the owner.

Don't Reveal Your Identity
If you're working in hidden or alias mode, don't mention your real name in messages to maintain privacy.
Document Progress Updates
Use progress update messages to keep the client and owner informed about work stages.
Respond Quickly
Quick responses to client messages improve their experience and build trust with the owner.
