When you authorise a student to pay with Smart Credit, the amount comes out of the limit you granted them. Each purchase reduces the remaining limit and, once it reaches zero, the system closes the authorisation so you can decide if you want to re-enable it. This arrangement lets the student settle the balance later, either in instalments or in full, with no extra fees or deductions.

Only profiles marked as experts or intermediaries are allowed to take an assignment. If a regular account or student tries to accept it the platform blocks the action to keep quality standards in place.

The rating form becomes available to the student only after the request is marked as completed. While the work is still in progress or under revision the option remains hidden, and once everything is finished the student can submit feedback within the allowed time window.

Yes. Points are granted automatically only for earnings generated within the last 30 days. Older transactions can still be reviewed and added manually by the operations team if needed.

Ambassadors earn one point when a referred user verifies their phone for the first time, and another point on that user’s first successful purchase. Each point entry is tagged with its reason so the history stays transparent.

Before awarding a point the system checks whether the same earning has already generated a reward. If it finds a matching entry the current request is skipped and the reason is logged, preventing duplicate points for the same sale.

You can configure the intermediary’s commission as a flat amount, a percentage of the project value, or a combination of both. Once the plan is set, the platform calculates and records the net commission for the intermediary without applying extra fees.

Intermediary earnings are frozen for one week as a safety buffer. After the seven days pass with no disputes in progress, the balance moves into the intermediary’s available funds and can be withdrawn as usual.

An intermediary may swap the assigned expert mid-project as long as the replacement is authorised. The delegation is updated, the reason is recorded, and notifications keep everyone informed about who will continue the work.

Small-service commissions follow the configuration in the settings. By default the platform keeps a 10% share of each request’s value, and administrators can adjust the percentage or switch to another model whenever necessary.

Each request walks through several stages: it starts as “pending”, becomes “assigned” once an expert takes it, and moves to “in progress” while the work is being done. When the expert submits an answer it switches to “answered”, and then it may become “approved”, “rejected”, or “completed” depending on the student’s decision.

When the team approves a refund, the points you spent are returned to your balance, the expert’s earnings for that request are revoked, and the request status changes to “refunded”. You’ll see the refund in your activity log and can reuse the points right away.

You can pay using your wallet balance, saved cards through Moyasar, a bank transfer with receipt upload, or Smart Credit if it’s enabled for your account or you have an expert authorisation. The checkout screen shows which options are available to you and how much balance each requires. Smart credit lets you pay later in instalments or settle in full without any fees or deductions.

An expert’s earnings stay frozen after payment until the assignment is completed or the safety window ends. Once there are no disputes or refunds pending, the platform automatically moves the balance into the expert’s wallet so it becomes withdrawable.

The assignment follows a clear flow: it waits for the expert to respond, then for payment if required, moves into “in progress” while work is underway, and can shift to “revision requested” or “completed” once finished. Additional statuses cover rejection or cancellation when the task does not go ahead.
